Moving To Windows 7

Presentation:  Gene Barlow

"Windows 7 is a major new release of the popular Windows operating systems from Microsoft. You have read about the many new features and advantages of using this new operating system. Your group has also had some presentations and discussions on the new Windows 7. User Group members all over the world are talking about Windows 7 and setting their plans to move to it as soon as it becomes available on October 22, 2009. This webinar will not repeat the many discussions on the features of Windows 7, but address a topic that many of you are wondering about. What is the best way for me to move from my WinXP or WinVista operating system to Windows 7. Microsoft has identified a couple of ways that users will get to Windows 7, but we will cover many more options that are open to you. One of them will be ideal for your specific needs."

Gene will host a Q&A session following his live webinar! We will have a live camera feed direct to his office. You will be able to speak direct with Gene.

We will follow Gene Barlow with a "Panel of Experts" to address Windows 7.

There will be software available, with special KIPCUG pricing, to help you migrate to the new Windows 7 Operating System!

Watch our web site and your e-mail for details!

And the Winner is . . . . ?

August's drawing is for $50.00

Each month we draw a KIPCUG Member's name from our membership roster.  If the winning member is "in the house" they win a "jar full of money."   (Actually we write them a check!)

The Rules are simple. Remember, you must be present to win, and you must have your dues paid.  Each month we draw a member's name.  If they are not present, the pool increases by $10 until it reaches a maximum of $300.

Door Prizes:  Registered Members will receive a ticket for our door prize drawing.
Door prize tickets will not be given out after 7:00 pm.
