            The best of CES!!! Wayne Perkey and Brian Miller have returned from Las Vegas!! Bringing you the best of CES and APCUG, from Las Vegas to Louisville!!

Yes folks, our intrepid ambassadors have indeed returned. Now rested from a week of hard study and intensive research (editors note: that means blackjack and showgirls) Brian and Wayne are ready to present their findings from APCUG and CES. With a great deal of information, pictures (properly edited of course), and plenty of goodies, it should be a great presentation. In addition to all the latest gadgets, toys, and nick-knacks from CES, we will hear what has been happening on a national level in user groups. The APCUG conference is our chance to learn what is working, or not working, for many other user groups. It is also a chance to meet face to face with a variety of vendors and tempt them to coming to Louisville.

As a special treat, KIPCUG is celebrating 25 years. Come out and help us throw KIPCUG a birthday party. Hostaroo.com is bringing cake and ice-cream, and President Bill Buzan will lead us in song!

Back-to-Basics: 

The KIPCUG General Meeting starts with the ever-helpful Back-to-Basics session.

Each month "Back-to-Basics" chooses a subject to improve everyone's basic/general knowledge. The sessions are intended to help the entry level user. Tom Scanlan leads our Back-to-Basics presentations.  Contact Tom with your suggestions for future topics.

User-to-User with Bob Rose

Bring your problems on a 3x5 card and we will try to give you a fix!

The User to User session with host Bob Rose is just before the Main Presentation, giving your KIPCUG friends a chance to answer YOUR questions submitted on paper. If YOU are having a problem with your PC, this is the time to get a good solution, so remember to bring your questions.  Follow up questions and discussions are posting on the KIPCUG Forum under "Users Helping Users."

Meet us at Friday's following the General Meeting!  We always invite the Presenter to socialize and have a late snack or meal.  Everyone is welcome.  Ask a few more questions.  Chat with other KIPCUG members.  We grab a few tables, have fun, network, and relax a little before returning home.  Grab a chair and join in! Friday's is located at 2311 Lime Kiln Road.  From the meeting take Brownsboro Road east to Lime Kiln, turn right, Friday's will be on your left.  Everyone pays for their own “snack.” See you there!
