Presenter: Brian Miller

On September 5, Brian Miller will be giving a presentation on Microsoft's Defender and Live OneCare.

The first product, Microsoft Windows Defender Beta 2 is the latest release software that will protect your computer against pop-ups, slow performance, and security threats. And the best part it that it’s available at no additional cost to Windows customers.

The second product is Microsoft Windows Live OneCare, which is an automatic, self-updating service for your PC. This subscription service delivers everything you need to maintain your computer-from virus scanning and firewalls to PC tune-ups and backup functionality.

And the Winner is . . . . ?
Robert Empson was the big money winner for July. Robert walked away $50 richer for attending.  August's winner was not present.

Each month we draw a KIPCUG Member's name from our membership roster.  If the winning member is "in the house" they win a "jar full of money."
(Actually we write them a check!)

The Rules are simple. Remember, you must be present to win, and you must have your dues paid.  Each month we draw a member's name.  If they are not present, the pool increases by $10 until it reaches a maximum of $300.

Door Prizes:  Get in early and increase your chances of winning.  Arrive before 6:15 and get two tickets for door prizes.
Door prize tickets will not be given out after 7:00 pm.
