Every one would like a base hit. A two-bagger is better. A three-bagger is
fantastic! But, we have a home run for the January 4th general meeting!
Matt Chojnowski is an educator (1), a computer Geek (2) an experienced
professional photographer (3) and his subject will be “Everything you want
to know about Digital Photography (Home Run)!

- Editing photos (The easy version)
- Question & Answer Session
Did you get that digital camera you wanted for Christmas? Or are you going
to buy one with the money you saved on PC-cillin 2005 from Trend Micro plus
the savings you get at CompUSA by being a KIPCUG member? Well, KIPCUG is
giving you a golden opportunity to make full use of your new toy by learning
all the tricks of the trade of using the camera and enhancing, sharing,
filing and enjoying all the fruits of your labor through your computer!
If you are still deciding, attendees will learn the ease of use, memory
type, how to transfer images to their computer, and cost considerations for
that next cameral.
Mark Tuesday January 4th on your calendar, PDA, palm of your hand, or
where ever you keep notes for important dates. In addition to making an
interesting, informative presentation, Matt loves to answer questions so if
you don’t learn everything you want to it will be your fault.
- What are the common output files?
- What Printer do I need?
- How long will the printed photo last?
- What kind of zoom is best?
- Will a digital camera "stop motion?"
Come early and enjoy a cup of fresh brewed coffee and visit with friends,
old and new, in KIPCUG.

Media edition” The ultimate Photo, Music, & Movie enhancement pack plus

January's topic will be Belarc Advisor. The
Belarc Advisor builds a detailed profile of your installed
software and hardware and displays the results in your Web browser.
Each month "Back-to-Basics" chooses a subject to improve everyone's basic/general knowledge.
The sessions are intended to help the entry level user. Grant McCormick
leads our Back-to-Basics presentations. Contact Grant with your
suggestions for future topics. .
User-to-User with Bill Cull
The User to User session with host Bill Cull is just before the Main
Presentation, giving your KIPCUG friends a chance to answer YOUR questions
submitted on paper. If YOU are having a problem with your PC, this is the
time to get a good solution, so remember to bring your questions.
