Whether you’re planning the next family vacation, a road trip with friends, or a visit to a neighboring town, Streets & Trips can help you make the most of your time on the road. Get from point A to point B and see everything in between with our comprehensive set of trip planning tools that make it easy for you to get out there and focus on the fun, we’ll help with the details!

All updated maps of the USA and Canada.
Streets & Trips 2004 comes packed with more than 6.7 million miles of routable local, city, state and highway roads in the United States and Canada—representing the 35,000+ US zip codes and all 700,000+ Canadian Postal Codes. So you can find your way to virtually anywhere in North America!

Calculate mileage, time & fuel costs.
Know how far you’re going, how long it’s going to take, and how much it’s going to cost before you hit the road! The route planning feature in Streets & Trips calculates your mileage, time and fuel costs for you automatically when you generate directions, so you always know before you go.

Schedule stops and change your route quickly and easily.
It’s easy to map out your complete trip with our Route Planner. Route Planner enables you to view, add, delete or rearrange their destinations.

Simply add your destination into the Route Planner and Streets & Trips generates detailed turn by turn directions for you in seconds. And if you have multiple destinations you can use the Route Optimization feature to suggest the most efficient route to tackle all of your stops.

Use the advanced routing features to warn you when you need to refuel and factor in regular breaks. You can also tell Streets & Trips what types of roads you prefer driving and set multiple personal driving preferences, including driving speed and preferred routes (i.e. shortest, quickest) so you get just the trip you set out for.

Patented Snap-Routing Technology
Use Snap Routing to drag and drop a route anywhere, changing the route to your preference, then watch it snap into place while the map and driving directions recalculate automatically—even for the most complex journey.

Find What's Nearby.
Locate points of interest on your route or virtually anywhere on the map. Simply check the places or restaurant types you would like to display. There are more than 492,317 restaurants, 58,788 gas stations, 47,215 ATM locations, 11,277 campgrounds and RV parks, 7,302 golf courses and more.

See your location right on your map with GPS
Now Streets & Trips 2004 has Real-time GPS support, which allows you to see visually on your map where you are at all times and watch yourself make ever y turn. Simply connect a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver to your laptop running Streets &Trips and find your exact location anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

Print out your maps and directions just the way you like them
Once you have your trip all mapped out, it’s easy to take your map and turn by turn directions with you, so you’re sure to get where you’re going without a hitch. Streets & Trips offers 5 printing styles so you can print your maps and directions just the way you want. You can even change the font size that is displayed on your map so you don’t have to strain your eyes while you’re on the road.
